"We were looking to switch our insurance coverage for our home, auto etc and a friend mentioned that we should try giving Mike Wesley agency a call. The acount representative that answered my call was this sweet lady, Norma Gonzalez. I must say I had the most outstanding experience with Norma. She's knowleageble, extremely reliable as far as her response time, great attitude and very attentive. She took her time to explain my policy in detail and is very patient. "Over the past two years, I have experienced significant increases in my homeowner insurance premiums. With my policy up for renewal and facing yet another substantial hike in rates, I decided to explore other options. This led me to conduct a rate comparison with different insurance providers. "I have been actively looking for my first home to purchase the past couple months. I have been a customer of Mr. Wesley for the past eight years, so I of course asked him to get me a quote on one of the houses I was considering. It was just a hypothetical, and he did give me a quote right then and there!The several times I called, I got his secretary, and she transferred me to him immediately. I didn't have to wait for a call back which may or may not have ever come! The second time I was seriously considering a house, I asked for a quote before we got the inspection, and he again answered his phone! He emailed me a quote that day! The inspection turned up too many red flags, so I had to pass. Now, I have found the home I want to get, a new construction, and I called this morning to go over the house. He was out of the office, but he returned my call that afternoon. Unfortunately I was out of the house getting lunch with my baby and I missed the call, but he sent me an email with the new quote for the new address! I checked the email, and because I opened the file incorrectly it showed the previous address. I sent an email after hours explaining I was needing the quote for the new property, and HE CALLED ME AN HOUR AFTER THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED! He walked me through the email, and I figured it out! I have never experienced such a positive interaction with any insurance agent, ever. He actually takes time out of his busy schedule to make sure he answers all of your questions, and then answers questions you didn't know you needed to ask! I will continue working with Mr. Wesley until he retires! Thank you!"

"A month and a half after selling my property, I am still waiting on my $500+ refund for the policy I paid 12 months in advance. I have called the office twice to inquire about what is taking so long and the first time I was told it was in process and the second time Elizabeth told me she had no clue about this and that a check was mailed to the property I just sold. Why on earth would they mail me a refund to a property I no longer live at? I provided them with my new address right away. Additionally, my mail is being forwarded to my new address since before I physically moved, so if a check actually HAD been mailed, I would have received it already. They told me they were issuing another check and I still have yet to receive it. While I'm still waiting on my refund, they have already sent me a bill for the increase in my auto insurance since I am losing the multi-policy discount and they have also asked if they can give me a quote for my new home. Yet there is ZERO follow up on whether I have received the refund on the policy for my old property. They do not care about you as a customer and only care about taking your money. I have never experienced such poor customer service and will be switching as soon as I am able."
